Jaco Fouché is professor in the School of Accounting Sciences at the Potchefstroom Campus of the North-West University in South Africa. Jaco holds the CA(SA) [Chartered Accountant], CFP [Certified Financial Planner] and CPRC [Certified Professional Retirement Coach] designations, a post graduate diploma in financial planning, a master's degree in financial management and a PhD in accountancy. He is responsible for the advanced management accounting module at honours and financial strategy at masters level. He is further director, financial planner and investment specialist at Jenwil BlueStar Financial Advisory services. Jaco has a special affinity for financial planning with regards to retirement.
